Personalized Redesign Service: $350-500 per room, multi-room packages available

On-Site Professional Home Staging: $350-500 per room, multi-room packages available; prices vary depending on scope of job. This is for services only; does not include rental of furniture or other “props” that may be needed.


Property Assessment: $250 flat rate includes**

  • A personalized walk-through and assessment of your property from “curb to fence"
  • Suggestions for de-cluttering, packing, and simplifying your home for resale
  • Home improvement recommendations to help increase the market value of your home, such as paint, lighting, and flooring
  • Suggestions for furniture and accessory placement as needed
  • Resale ready cleaning and property preparation tips & resources
  • Fresh Redesign Concierge Service (assistance with cleaning, painting, and other property preparation)
  • Complete report with detailed suggestions and corresponding photos if needed
