Foundations for Interior Redesign: 5-day intensive training with testing for National Certification in Interior Redesign by The SDP. Students will learn how to redesign living spaces, work with clients, and market their own redesign business. Both classroom and hands-on training in real client homes provided. Students will be able to demonstrate fundamental redesign and marketing principles at the end of training, with opportunity for SDP certification and membership--$3500** (class size limited to 6 students)
 

Professional Home Staging: 3-day intensive training with testing for National Certification as a Professional Home Stager by The SDP. Students will acquire skills and knowledge to start their own Professional Home Staging Business. Training includes classroom and hands-on training in actual client homes. Information on staging tips and techniques, property assessment/consultation, and pricing of services provided. Students will be able to demonstrate basic staging principles at the end of training, with opportunity for SDP certification and membership--$1750** (class size limited to 6 students)

 

Tricks of the Trade: 1-day training specifically designed for Real Estate agents wanting to learn a few “whys & how’s” of staging. This class is a MUST for any agent looking to add an edge to their business. Includes both classroom and hands-on training in the home of a real client--$325 (Class size limited to 10 students; ask about on-sight training at your office)

Advanced Strategies: Training seminars offered to assist Redesign and Staging Professionals expand and specialize their businesses following the latest design trends and ideas.
